Bloodlust Clothing was established in 2019 by Sophie Aurélia Young.
Sophie's qualifications include a bachelor's degree in fashion design, and multiple years experience in the fashion industry. Her experience prior to launching Bloodlust Clothing ranges from design internships to roles in quality control within luxury manufacture.
One of Bloodlust Clothing's unique selling points is that Sophie is not only a designer of alternative apparel and stagewear, but is also a regularly touring musician. Her experience in this capacity has allowed her to develop her own unique stage style, alongside assessing the suitability of her designs for performance.
Bloodlust Clothing was created as a platform for Sophie to express her creativity, whilst avoiding contributing to the toxic aspects of the fashion industry such as mass waste and the exploitation of workers. Every Bloodlust piece is hand made with care and attention, with longevity in mind. All materials used are vegan and cruelty free, aligning with Sophie's lifestyle and personal values.
