How do I care for my Bloodlust pieces?
All of our pieces should be hand-washed cold. Do not tumble dry. Hang or lay flat on drying rack and keep away from heat. To keep your pieces fresh between washes, consider a fabric refresher spray, particularly in the lining.
Keep them hung loosely in a wardrobe, and when storing folded or when travelling, use layers in between items (such as a towel) to avoid any hardware leaving imprints on other garments.
Be aware that clip hangers can potentially leave imprints on faux leathers.
When will my order be shipped, and can I track it?
Your order will be shipped within 5 working days of purchase. All orders over 100 GBP are sent tracked both domestically and internationally.
Will this piece fit me, how do I know my size?
Accurate sizing information is written in each listing description. Please visit our "how to take measurements" page for detailed information on how to measure yourself. If your measurements fall between the recommended measurements stated for that piece, you're good to go! Please contact us if you have any further questions.
Do you take custom orders, and how much is it?
We do, however we have limited slots so not all projects will be accepted. Prices are calculated the same way as our ready-to-wear line, so there is no set surcharge for custom designs.
This piece is not in my size/ it's sold out. Can you make another one?
All pieces marketed as "one-of-a-kind" will not be duplicated. If an item is part of a multi-size range then it's possible we will restock your size. Please make an enquiry about a custom order if you're looking for custom sizing.
Do you make pieces in real leather?
No. This is a vegan-owned cruelty free brand. Using animal skins would go against our ethical values. All leather-look pieces are made using high-quality faux leather.
I'm ordering internationally, will I have to pay customs fees?
Customs charges and taxes depend on your country or state's laws, you are responsible for paying these. Your items are being shipped from the United Kingdom, and some countries and states will ask you to pay tax before delivering your parcel.
I'm an influencer, can I have or borrow your pieces to shoot in?
